When can you start a project?We aim to start within a week of your initial estimate, depending on our current schedule and the weather.

The weather is bad, are you still coming?We’ll reach out the day before to confirm your appointment, regardless of the weather. If there’s heavy rain or wind, we’ll need to reschedule to ensure safety and work quality.
What are your business hours?We're available every day from 8 AM to 6 PM for scheduling and inquiries. We schedule our appointments Saturday through Tuesday.
When is a good time to contact you?The best time to contact is from 8 AM to 6 PM. If we don't answer the phone, leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Feel free to text or email.
Do you offer discounts?We do not offer discounts, but we occasionally have special promotions or package deals. It's best to contact us directly for our most current pricing information.
How do I pay you?We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards through Square, PayPal and Venmo. Payment details will be in your estimate and invoice.
Do I need to be home during the service?You do not need to be home, so long as we have access to the areas that require work. However, it's beneficial for you to be available for any questions or clarifications.
What happens if you damage my property?If we damage your property during service, we will take full responsibility and make the necessary repairs or replacements. We are fully insured for the protection of both parties.
Do you do commercial landscaping?Yes, we provide services for both residential and commercial properties. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you do any winter services?Though we do not offer any winter services at this time, they are coming soon.
